A dual qualified legal practitioner in England & Wales and Ghana, Nicholas is well-versed in the Common Law and is very proficient with the application of Ghanaian law in his field of practice. Nicholas undertakes extensive work in Commercial, Corporate, Insurance and Property law for the Firm and is fast developing specialist practice in these areas. He advises clients on the legal requirements for setting up corporate businesses in Ghana, legal issues pertaining to capital markets and investment adviser's businesses, legal issues on corporate governance and general commercial law matters.

Nicholas is a diligent and confident advocate and regularly represents clients in the Superior Courts on several litigation matters, mostly related to his areas of practice. He has acted for and against insurance companies in several insurance disputes involving huge liability claims; He has pioneered the settlement, through ADR, of commercial and company law disputes entailing millions of Ghana Cedis.
